XAMPP配置出现403错误“Access forbidden!”的解决办法

刚刚安装了一个XAMPP 1.8.2，默认的访问80端口是正常的，我配置了一个8000端口，方法就是在httpd.conf文件最后面增加：

<Directory &E:/web&>
    Options Indexes FollowSymLinks Includes ExecCGI
    AllowOverride All
    Order allow,deny
    Allow from all
</Directory>

# 添加8000端口
Listen 8000
NameVirtualHost *:8000

<VirtualHost *:8000>
ServerName localhost
DocumentRoot &E:webmyweb&
</VirtualHost>

但是以&localhost:8000&访问的时候，却发现出现了&access forbidden!&的403错误，显示没有访问权限。具体的错误信息如下：

Access forbidden!

You don't have permission to access the requested directory. There is either no index document or the directory is read-protected.

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

想了一下，觉得还是权限<Directory>权限配置的问题，在httpd.conf找了一下，终于发现了问题，XAMPP默认的设置是这样的：

#<Directory />
   AllowOverride none
    Require all denied
</Directory>

修改成下面的就可以了！

<Directory />
    Options FollowSymLinks
    AllowOverride None
    Order deny,allow
    Deny from all
</Directory>
